WORKSHOPS MIT BENDY GIO
Die wunderbare Bendy Gio kommt zu uns ins Studio! Mit dabei hat sie zwei ihrer bekanntesten Workshops – freut euch auf tolle neue Inspiration – mit und ohne Heels.
WANN? : Samstag, 04. Oktober 2025
Uhrzeit: 11.00 – 12.15 Uhr
About: Join Bendy Gio for an inspiring and flow-filled workshop focused on there signature spins on the spinning pole. In this session you will learn to seamlessly combine dynamic, elegant movements that define Bendy Gio’s unique style.
Pre-requisits: Invert, Inside & Outside Leg Hang. Whether you are looking to refine your spins or add more flow to your routines, this workshop is perfect for you.

Bendy Gio ist an accomplished Pole Dancer, Aerialist, Contortionist, Judge, Model and certified instructor based in munich/amsterdam, whose graceful and captivating performances have earned her recognition on the global stage. Her passion lies in creating mesmerizing, effortless choreographies whether on the spinning pole or dancing in heels, where every moment tells a story. With over seven years of teaching experience Bendy Gio is devoted to sharing her deep love for poledancing and its art form with students worldwide, inspiring others to find beauty and freedom in movement.
Price: 65 EUR per Workshop
Registration: Only via Mail an info@upside-studio.de. Please let us know your name, adress, phone number and the workshop you want to book.
Cancellation: A cancellation of the workshop is not possible once its booked. In case you cant make it, you can name a substitute. The substitute must be organized by the participant. He/She has to let the studio know (Name, contact details) as soon he/she found the substitute.

Du willst ein paar hübsche Fotos mit deinen neu gelernten und gemeisterten Pole Tricks von dir an der Pole oder am Hoop? Perfekt, denn wir veranstalten wieder ein UPSIDE FOTOSHOOTING ! 🌟
Die perfekte Möglichkeit für schöne Fotos deiner aktuellen Lieblings-Tricks und Posen vor unserem sandfarbenen Hintergrund. Das Shooting findet am Samstag, 07.02.2026, im Zeitraum zwischen 11.00 und 15.30 Uhr und die Zeitslots werden nach Anmeldungseingang zugeteilt.

– 30 Minuten Shooting Zeit

WORKSHOP DAY MIT MAREEN LEYKAUF
Es wird hot! Die feurige Mareen Leykauf kommt zu uns ins Upside und wird uns mit ihren sinnlichen , sexy Workshops ordentlich einheizen.
Mareen ist professionelle Pole Tänzerin und Sexologin (M.A.). Zehn Jahre war sie Inhaberin des Pole und Aerial Dance Studios Souldance in Nürnberg. Neben dem Unterrichten stand sie oft selbst auf der Bühne, sowohl bei Competitions wie Dance Filthy UK & Finals, Pole Theatre UK als auch bei Veranstaltungen wie
der Obsession Bizarr und EXTRAVAGANXA. Ihr Herz schlägt für den Oldschool Stripperstyle. In ihren Workshops geht es Mareen um mehr als nur das Vermitteln von Tricks und Choreographien. Vielmehr sieht sie ihre Berufung darin, Frauen auf ihrer Reise zu mehr Verbindung und Liebe zum eigenen Körper zu
unterstützen.

Inhalt: Sensual Movement entsteht in unserem Inneren und ist somit unabhängig von Kleidung und Accessoires mit denen wir uns schmücken. Dieser Workshop ist für alle, die sich vom Oldschool Stil angezogen fühlen, sich aber noch nicht an High Heels heran wagen. Wir tanzen sinnliche Kombos oder eine Choreo mit der Pole, wobei wir Socken anstatt Heels zum sliden benutzen.
Mitbringen: Knieschoner, Socken
Level: All Levels
Uhrzeit: 13.30 – 14.45 Uhr
Inhalt: Der Oldschool-Stil lebt von fließenden, sinnlichen Bewegungen und einer verführerischen Ausstrahlung. Wir spielen mit Bodywaves, Pirouetten, Floorwork und Hairflicks, wobei wir im unteren Bereich der Pole bleiben. Es kann zwischen einzelnen Moves & Kombos oder einer Choreo gewählt werden.
Mitbringen: Knieschoner, High Heels helfen dir bei vielen Bewegungen, sind aber kein Muss. Als Alternative: Socken

Inhalt: Wir tauschen den Glaspantoffel gegen ein Paar Heels und tanzen eine Stripperstyle-Choreo mit vielen Bodenelementen. Dabei konzentrieren wir uns auf die Kunst des Teasens und legen auch Kleidungsstücke ab…
Mitbringen: Knieschoner, Kimono/lockeres Hemd (leicht ausziehbar), Höschen über dem Höschen 😉

Learn to create flowy soon passes with tricks and transitions that seamlessly melt together. Allie will teach you some of her favorite combos on spinning pole and how to personalize your own shapes and combos.

Jazzy K, from Zurich, Switzerland, found her passion for pole dancing in 2009 and hasn’t looked back since. With no formal gymnastics or dance training, she dove in headfirst, driven by a desire to become a „sexy ninja.“ That fierce passion transformed into a fulfilling career as a pole dance instructor, where she’s constantly exploring the fascinating connection between pole dance and the human body. This curiosity has shaped her unique teaching style, making her a favorite among students.
